Obsessing over the Sci Fi series Eureka. It is driving my roommates crazy, but I just love it, even if it is nerdy.

Working on and will be till Thursday, botany. Only 3 more days!!!

Thinking about my trip to London. We have our mini break planned and we are going to Edinburgh. I'm so excited; 10 more days!!!

I know, I am always talking about how I am studying all the time, but I thought I would share this video with you guys. Every time I watch it just makes me happy. Today I watched it because my mind was a little over loaded with information, so this was very refreshing. Plus, I love Lisa Hannigan.

Update.

Well, I got a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday, it hasn't been to bad except that the antibiotics have been making me a little sick, and the fact that I didn't get to go to the river this weekend with my friends. :( Besides that, I am so glad there is only one week left of summer school, which means 12 days till LONDON!!!!! I can not express how excited I am. London is the one place I have always wanted to go and I feel so blessed to be able to!!!

Now it is time to study on, so I can get through this class.

Currently...

Obsessing over my new camera bag that I ordered. I just keeping going to the website and looking at it; I can't wait till it gets here. Oh, I pick the first one from my post.

Working on botany homework, like always; there is less then 3 weeks left. 

Thinking about LONDON!!! 22 DAYS!!!!!

Listening to Daniel make funny noises with a lint roller. Haha. Strangely, I have not been listening to much music lately.

Thankful For My Dad

I am so thankful to have such a wonderful and understanding dad. Sometimes the only thing I need is to hear my dad say is "you can do this".

This weekend I was supposed to be in California visiting my step mom and sister; sadly, I deiced it was in my best interest not to go, and study for my botany course. For those of you who have not taken a summer class, it is difficult. My professor even said, "You are all crazy." The reason I am taking this course is to be able to graduate in December. 

Having so much scientific information thrown at you, in such a short period of time, is stressful. I feel like no matter how hard I study, I can not comprehend what is being said, and that is so frustrating. 
So when I called my dad upset and conflicted with what I should do this weekend, he calmed me and understood how I was feeling; he even told me stories of when he was is school.

 My dad says I am to hard on myself and that I am doing a great job, and I am so thankful to have someone who supports me no matter what.

Camera Bag for London!

I am getting so excited for London; we go in less than a month!!! I am taking a photography class there and I am looking for a good, light, travel camera bag. Right now I have the Classic in teal from Kelly Moore; I absolutely love it, but it is a little to big. So, I thought I would share a few that I have been looking at for the trip.

 First, is the Posey 2 from Kelly Moore. The Classic from Kelly Moore is so comfortable, so I can only imagine this one is also. It also has a pocket for credit cards and memory cards, but it might be to small though. I just love this bag though!!!

Second, is the Brooklyn from ONA. I love the style of this bag and the size seems perfect; its not to big or small. I'm just unsure on how comfortable it would be carrying for hours while walking around London.

Third, is the Lowepro Passport Sling Bag. It looks very comfortable and perfect of travel.

There are so many great camera bags out there. I guess I just need to decide which on is best for me.

I absolutely love these items from Etsy. First, is a beautiful, hand dyed, canvas & leather backpack by McLovebuddy. The perfect city bag. Second, is the adorable Pet Rock necklace by Field Guide Design. I mean, come on, who doesn't want a pet rock?! Third, is a oatmeal colored turban twist headband by Peeko. I love these, but I have never had one. One Day! Fourth, is the GORGEOUS Moonchild necklace by Nina Mantra. I can't wait to have that around my neck! And last, but certainly not least, the stunning hand painted, wood earrings by Papiki.


 Now that I am done daydreaming of all the things I wish I could buy myself, I need to go to sleep, so I am rested for class in the morning.

A Piece Of Me.

I was looking through some of my old high school art and found this: a layered photo. It reminds me how blessed I was to be able to go to a small school that gave me the courage to be myself. Not only did I meet amazing friends, but I became comfortable with expressing myself through art. I am so thankful for the journey my life as taken me on, and I would have it no other way.
